When you're approximately 30 minutes from Stansted Airport, call our car park mobile number. This ensures your driver is ready and waiting — avoiding unnecessary delays. If you arrive without calling ahead, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes and pay additional car park charges.
Head to the Short Stay Orange Car Park, Terminal Rd N, Stansted, CM24 1QW. Pay the £13.00 airport levy at the payment machine, then hand over only your ignition key and car park ticket to the driver. Keep all other keys with you.
When you land, call us again 30 minutes before you're ready to collect. Your vehicle will be waiting at the Short Stay Orange Car Park. Inspect your vehicle before leaving — any issues must be reported on the spot.

Pay the £13.00 entry fee at the payment machine inside the car park before meeting your driver.

Proceed to the terminal for your flight. Your car is safely stored — enjoy your trip!

Your driver will meet you with your vehicle. Pay any exit levy of £13 at the payment machine if applicable.
Inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving. Any issues must be reported immediately at collection — claims cannot be made after you have left.

🔑 Vehicles must be roadworthy, taxed, and legally insured. Drivers may refuse to accept unsafe vehicles without issuing a refund.
📸 We strongly recommend photographing your vehicle (minimum 20 images) before handover to document its condition.
